As an added bonus with LIFT Academy registration, members are automatically subscribed to the free LIFT eNewsletter to stay up to date on the latest agronomic topics.
How do I create an account?
Navigate to the top menu and click “Create Account”. From there you will be required to add your name, work email address and password. CCA number and other information is optional, but important if you would like to receive credit for courses taken.
Will I have immediate access to take courses?
It depends. If you are creating an account directly with your CHS Agronomy account manager, you will have immediate access. If not, your profile will be reviewed and once approved, you will have full access to the LIFT Academy.
What if I forgot my password?
That’s ok. Simply navigate to Login and click Forgot Password. From there you’ll need to enter the work email address used to register for your account and you’ll receive an email to change your password.
What if I changed companies and don’t have access to my email anymore?
If your work email has changed please use the Contact Us form. Simply provide your old email and your new email and we will update your profile. We will email you once this is complete with your new credentials.
How many CCA credits can I get from a course?
Each course is worth between 0.5-2 credits.
What types of CCA credits are available from courses?
Each course is assigned of the following credit types: Crop Management, Integrated Pest Management, Nutrient Management or Professional Development. You can view courses by credit type using the “Filter by” drop down menu on the Course Library page.
What steps should I take if my CCA credits are not showing up?
First, make sure the correct CCA number is included in your profile. To see if it is included, navigate to the “Profile” tab on My Dashboard. If your CCA number is missing, add it using the “Edit” button on the top right. If your CCA number is in your profile and correct, then it is likely due to a delay in CEU credit approval from the American Society of Agronomy (see next question).
Why do my CCA credits not show up right after I take a course? How long does it take for them to show up?
Courses must be submitted to the American Society of Agronomy where the content is reviewed and assigned a credit type and amount. Due to the review process, there is a delay from the time the course it published until the number of CCA credits received appears. Usually they should appear on your dashboard within [XX weeks/months] if your CCA number is included in your profile.
Where can I see the total number of CCA credits I’ve earned?
Navigate to the “Transcript” tab within My Dashboard to see the courses you’ve taken and total CEU credits earned.
How do I update my profile with CCA number, email, or contact information?
Navigate to the “Profile” tab under “My Dashboard” to update all personal and company information. Use the “Edit” button in the top right corner to make changes anytime.
