Steve Roehl received his bachelor’s degree with a double major in soil science and agronomy from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and then acquired a master’s degree in weed science from North Dakota State University. He currently works with West Central Distribution in the Product Development department as their data and research analyst.
Steve is responsible for accumulating and summarizing independent third party and university data as well as conducting literature reviews on published research on novel production techniques and technologies that may have utility for West Central or their current product line. He also provides additional product and sales support to West Central’s sales territories. Steve has worked for West Central since 2010.
Prior to coming to West Central, he worked for nearly 20 years in agriculture research, consultation, and sales in the sugar beet and seed corn industries. His areas of expertise include the fields of plant nutrition and weed science.
